A venue's own website is the starting point for contact details, advertised facilities and bookings. Call the venue for a room-specific question that the website does not answer. A general hotel opening time should not be substituted for the hours of a particular facility.
Licence and entitlement records
Consumer and Business Services' register of gaming-machine entitlements is the source to consult for that record. Match the venue identity and address before interpreting an entry. The figure is not a live inventory of playable games or available seats.
Online services are a separate question
A physical hotel entry does not establish the authorisation of a similarly named website. Use the online and land-based comparison to find ACMA's operator-checking guidance.
Report a correction
If a venue name, address or source link has changed, send the affected page and a current primary source to the editorial team. The guide records the source of a fact rather than treating an old article or a picture as confirmation.
